Patrick "Bull" Sheets
Founder, Co-Owner, & CEO
Bull is a retired United States Air Force senior officer and brings over 25 years of experience in Command and Control (C2) and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) to his current role. His experience includes leading and managing Air Force and Joint C2&ISR organizations globally. Locally Bull has served on the Nevada Governor’s Work Force Development Board.

Bull’s leadership ethos is based on a simple principle that the only unlimited resource a company has is the ingenuity and grit of its employees. With their uniqueness, experience and drive for our success we can conquer anything we put our sites on accomplishing. Bull graduated St Vincent College and completed a USAF Fellowship at Brookings Institute. He holds a Master of Information Systems from Golden Gate University.

Jimmy Kao
CTO
A graduate of the University of Hawai’i with degrees in Electrical Engineering, Jimmy Kao studied under the mentorship of modern networking pioneers and has dedicated his career to advancing technology innovation and scientific excellence in the Defense sector.

With over 25 years of experience, Jimmy began his career in his college junior year, working on DoD-funded researches in parallel computing, communications, networks, and autonomous vehicles. Upon completing his graduate degree and an undergraduate lecturer, he further advanced his Defense technology focused career with leadership roles at LMCO and GDC4S, where he directed projects delivering advanced solutions across all branches of the U.S. Armed Services covering all five operational domains.

His expertise spans big data analytics, systems engineering, software development, digital datalinks, artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML), multilevel security data dissemination, command and control systems, and defense intelligence applications.

Jimmy authored Data Fusion and Theater Undersea Warfare (IEEE Techno-Oceans) and several machine learning–focused intelligence publications, underscoring the critical role of digital intelligence in addressing the complexities of modern cyber and information-driven battlefields.
