Adversary Surface-to-Surface (S2S) Weapons Operations Analyst

Position Summary

GC2IT is seeking a highly experienced Adversary Surface-to-Surface (S2S) Weapons Operations Analyst to provide analytic expertise in support of 9th Air Force (AFCENT) and USCENTCOM-directed operations and planning. This position delivers in-depth, predictive, and forensic analysis of theater ballistic missiles (TBM), cruise missiles, and long-range rocket (LRR) systems employed by regional adversaries. The ideal candidate is a proven intelligence professional with advanced tradecraft in missile operations, C2 systems, battle management, denial and deception, and cross-domain integration within the USCENTCOM AOR.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide expert analytic support through the development and publishing of threat operating areas and procedures to directly support USCENTCOM directed planning efforts.
  • Provide critical oversight of training on predictive and forensic analysis of S2S/WMD programs throughout the Middle East. Expertise shall center on Theater Ballistic Missile (TBM), Cruise Missiles, Long Range Rockets (LRRs), operations; sub-categories include operational command and control; battle management; S2S system and subsystem capabilities, inventory, and disposition; tactics, techniques, and procedures; denial and deception.
  • Author and review prioritized intelligence, collection, and production requirements, and integration of new TTPs to advance planning efforts. Member will serve as the adversary Airpower authority on 9AF (AFCENT)’s Red Team, during war-gaming and exercises, and in support of 9AF (AFCENT)’s adaptive planning processes.
  • As directed, leverage all formal and informal analytic exchanges, as well as training opportunities, to foster peer-to-peer collaboration, ensure thorough vetting of products, and deliberately pursue/maintain acuity on essential elements of tradecraft.
  • Maintain coordination/collaboration, critical to mission success, with the National Command Authority; National, International, and Service Intelligence Centers; Combatant Commands, Air Components, and Wing Intelligence.
  • Work with all available sources to develop new methods to support USAFCENT F2T development efforts. Member will be responsible for leveraging advanced analytic techniques to advance understanding of adversary TTPs to directly support USAFCENT operational priorities while balancing Intelligence Community requirements.

This role serves as both the database administrator and system administrator for contract-required databases, ensuring availability, performance, security, and data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise databases to ensure high availability, performance, reliability, and security.
  • Design, install, upgrade, and evaluate scalable database architectures supporting structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
  • Manage schema modifications, configuration changes, replication, transaction logs, and distributed database synchronization.

Full Performance Field Engineer

Location: Reston, Virginia

Position Summary

Global C2 Integration Technologies is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Field Engineer at the Full Performance level that provides technical expertise and hands-on sustainment support for the Point of Entry (POE) family of systems. This role performs installation, upgrades, diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and system evaluations both at the warehouse laboratory/test bed and at global deployment sites. With at least seven years of IC-specific experience, the Full Performance Field Engineer ensures mission systems remain fully operational, reliable, and properly configured across their entire lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Install, upgrade, troubleshoot, repair, and sustain system hardware and software components at warehouse, lab, and deployed locations.
  • Conduct diagnostics, calibration, configuration adjustments, fault isolation, and root cause analysis (RCA) to maintain optimal system performance.
  • Perform Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS), trend failure data, and conduct Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) to improve reliability.
  • Maintain and repair supporting infrastructure, including electrical systems, HVAC, generators, and related environmental controls.
  • Support testing, evaluation, and validation of hardware and software upgrades in lab and operational environments.
  • Conduct site surveys to capture electrical, HVAC, space, and infrastructure requirements and collect technical data for deployment planning.
  • Assist with deployment planning, equipment preparation, shipment, and installation activities worldwide.
  • Provide remote and onsite technical support, including reach-back troubleshooting and coordination with local stakeholders.
  • Record maintenance actions, system updates, and asset changes in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
