Program Scheduler – JORDAN C3i System Modernization Program

Global C2 Integration Technologies, LLC (GC2IT) is seeking an experienced Program Scheduler to support the Royal Jordanian Air Force C3i System Modernization Program. The scheduler will develop, maintain, analyze, and report the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across engineering, procurement, integration, testing, training, logistics, installation, and sustainment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a detailed, logic-driven IMS in Microsoft Project.
  • Translate contracts, statements of work, CDRLs, technical plans, and subcontractor inputs into executable activities and milestones.
  • Establish schedule logic, dependencies, calendars, constraints, resources, baselines, and work breakdown structures.
  • Track progress against the approved baseline and analyze critical paths, float, variances, resource conflicts, schedule health, and risk.
  • Identify delays and develop recovery plans, acceleration options, and mitigation strategies.
  • Integrate schedules from internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and geographically dispersed stakeholders.
  • Align the IMS with contractual milestones, procurement lead times, customer events, budgets, forecasts, and staffing plans.
  • Prepare dashboards, milestone reports, look-ahead schedules, executive briefings, and customer deliverables.
  • Assess the schedule impact of contract modifications, engineering changes, procurement delays, and performance issues.
  • Maintain schedule configuration control, traceability, and supporting documentation.
  • Lead schedule reviews and communicate risks, priorities, and corrective actions to program leadership, technical teams, subcontractors, and customers.

Microsoft Project Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Expert-level Microsoft Project proficiency, including advanced scheduling, resource loading, baselining, calendars, custom fields and formulas, filters, views, reports, and critical-path analysis.
  • Ability to independently build and manage a complex IMS from contractual and technical requirements.
  • Advanced knowledge of schedule logic, precedence relationships, critical path, total and free float, constraints, leads and lags, resource management, and baseline control.
  • Ability to identify broken or missing logic, unrealistic constraints, negative float, resource conflicts, and emerging schedule risks.
  • Skill in producing clear schedule analyses, dashboards, recovery plans, and executive-level presentations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, project management, construction management, operations, or a related field; significant relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Five or more years of experience developing and maintaining complex program or project schedules.
  • Experience coordinating schedules across multiple subcontractors, suppliers, technical teams, and locations.
  • Experience conducting schedule variance, trend, risk, and recovery analyses.
  • Experience supporting defense, federal government, aerospace, engineering, systems integration, or similarly complex programs.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, facilitation, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft 365.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain any required security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Program scheduling or controls experience supporting major Department of Defense programs.

Global C2 Integration Technologies, LLC (GC2IT) is seeking an experienced Contract Specialist to support a major international Department of Defense/Department of War program and GC2IT’s portfolio of government and commercial contracts. This position manages contract and subcontract administration, documentation, records, and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Department of Defense/Department of War contracting, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and requirements applicable to federal prime contractors and subcontractors. A paralegal, legal, or contract administration background is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer the Jordan C3i System Modernization contract and other GC2IT government and commercial contracts.
  • Draft, issue, and maintain subcontracts, consulting and nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements, purchase terms, task authorizations, modifications, and related documents.
  • Develop subcontract terms and conditions, including applicable FAR, DFARS, agency-specific, cybersecurity, export-control, and prime-contract flow downs.
  • Review solicitations, contracts, task orders, statements of work, and modifications to identify requirements, risks, obligations, deliverables, and required actions.
  • Track funding, periods of performance, options, changes, deliverables, correspondence, approvals, and contractual commitments.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and auditable contract and subcontract files in accordance with company and government requirements.
  • Manage CDRLs, data item descriptions, technical documentation, acceptance records, delivery schedules, EULAs, software licenses, warranties, maintenance agreements, certificates, and related records.
  • Coordinate the preparation, review, approval, submission, and disposition of contractual deliverables.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance, funding, deliverables, invoicing, reporting obligations, and compliance.
  • Advise program management, engineering, finance, purchasing, logistics, security, and quality personnel on contractual interpretation and compliance.
  • Support proposals by reviewing solicitations and terms, preparing compliance matrices, identifying required representations and certifications, and advising management of contractual risks.
  • Support negotiations, contract changes, requests for equitable adjustment, claims documentation, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor compliance with FAR, DFARS, export-control, cybersecurity, records-retention, government-property, and other contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate contract actions with customers, subcontractors, vendors, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support contract and subcontract closeout, including final deliverables, records disposition, warranty documentation, and releases of claims.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, contract management, acquisition, legal studies, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for a degree.

Position Summary

Global C2 Integration Technologies (GC2IT) is seeking a Senior Network / Communications Engineer to design, deploy, and sustain secure global communications networks supporting cloud-hosted and field-deployed mission systems.

This role supports AWS cloud networking, hybrid infrastructure, OCONUS connectivity solutions, and austere environment communications supporting mission-critical operational environments.

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience with AWS networking, VSAT systems, terrestrial networking technologies, and operational troubleshooting in globally distributed environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop communications architectures supporting operational requirements.
  • Configure and install routers, switches, firewalls, VSAT systems, and related network infrastructure.
  • Support AWS networking environments including VPCs, Transit Gateway, VPNs, and cloud security controls.
  • Develop Infrastructure-as-Code networking deployments using Terraform.
  • Coordinate with telecommunications and ISP providers to support operational connectivity.
  • Monitor network performance and support troubleshooting activities using NOC tools.
  • Develop engineering standards, network baselines, and security configurations.
  • Produce engineering documentation including logical and physical network diagrams.
  • Support OCONUS deployments, site surveys, installations, and restoration activities.
  • Provide training and operational guidance related to network operations and cybersecurity best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Additional relevant experience may substitute for formal education requirements.
  • Minimum 10 years of network engineering or communications engineering experience.
  • Strong AWS networking and hybrid cloud experience.
  • Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code networking deployments.
  • Experience with VSAT, line-of-sight, and terrestrial communications systems.
  • Strong understanding of network architecture, routing, switching, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Experience troubleshooting operational network environments.
  • Strong documentation and engineering communication skills.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
  • Valid passport or ability to obtain one.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 40%.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting austere or deployed operational environments.
  • Familiarity with Cisco routing and switching platforms.
  • Experience supporting operational cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Experience training personnel on network operations and communications systems.
  • Familiarity with conflict-zone or developing-country network operations.

Network Engineer

Global C2 Integration Technologies is seeking a Network Engineer to design, configure, monitor, and maintain secure, mission-critical network infrastructure. This role ensures reliable and secure connectivity across operational environments, supporting routing, switching, and firewall systems. The Network Engineer administers Cisco Catalyst switches, Palo Alto firewalls, and network monitoring tools while collaborating with system administrators, cybersecurity, engineering, and configuration management teams to maintain system performance, availability, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, operate, and maintain secure on-premises network infrastructure.
  • Ensure reliable connectivity across computers, storage, and mission systems.
  • Configure and manage Cisco Catalyst switches (Layer 2/3, VLANs, trunking, STP, LACP, ACLs).
  • Administer Palo Alto firewalls, including access control, NAT, application filtering, and threat prevention.
  • Monitor network performance, availability, and security; analyze traffic and resolve issues.
  • Troubleshoot network faults, outages, and performance degradation; perform root cause analysis.
  • Maintain configuration baselines, backups, diagrams, and device inventories.
  • Implement and enforce network security controls aligned with NIST and RMF requirements.
  • Support vulnerability remediation, patching, and security hardening.
  • Monitor logs and alerts to detect and respond to security threats and incidents.
  • Support incident response and coordinate with cybersecurity teams.
  • Implement approved changes following configuration and change management processes.
  • Maintain operational readiness of mission systems, including failover and multi-homing designs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years supporting enterprise or mission-critical networks.
  • Experience with Cisco Catalyst switching and Palo Alto firewall administration.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting methodologies.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting government or secure operational environments.
  • Familiarity with RMF and network security compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with network monitoring tools and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
  • Knowledge of secure enclave networking and network segmentation.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, PCNSE/PCNSA, Security+).
  • Experience with COMSEC equipment and HCI environments.

Test Engineer – System Integration, Verification, and Validation

Position Summary
Global C2 Integrations Technologies is seeking a Test Engineer responsible for planning and executing test and validation activities for mission-critical computing systems in on-premises operational environments. This role supports system integration, verification, performance validation, and acceptance testing to ensure systems meet technical, security, and operational requirements.

The position works across engineering, cybersecurity, configuration management, and infrastructure teams to validate system functionality, interoperability, and readiness in accordance with established engineering and quality assurance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain test plans, procedures, and strategies supporting system integration, deployment, and validation activities.
  • Define verification and validation methods, including test criteria and pass/fail standards aligned to system requirements.
  • Coordinate test activities and schedules with appropriate teams.
  • Conduct hardware and software integration testing in lab and operational environments to validate system functionality and interoperability.
  • Verify integration of computer infrastructure, networking components, operating systems, and application software.
  • Execute performance, stress, and reliability testing; evaluate system behavior under operational workloads and mission scenarios.

Senior Systems Engineer

Position Summary

Global C2 Integration Technologies is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Systems Engineer who provides technical leadership for the development, integration, and verification of system requirements and architecture supporting mission-critical computing systems in on-premises operational environments. This role applies disciplined systems engineering practices across the full lifecycle—from concept through deployment—to ensure alignment between mission needs, system design, and operational performance. This role also supports requirements management, system modeling, and change control to maintain alignment between technical execution and program delivery.

 Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall leadership and oversight of systems engineering activities
  • Assign, coordinate, and oversee Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to ensure deliverables align with system requirements and design
  • Control IPT schedules in alignment with program milestones and support task planning, schedule tracking, and coordination with program management
  • Approve technical artifacts supporting program decisions and provide strategic direction
  • Direct reviews and governance processes while ensuring adherence to quality standards
  • Develop, manage, and maintain system requirements
  • Ensure full traceability across mission requirements, system requirements, design elements, verification criteria, and subcontractor deliverables
  • Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with program objectives
  • Support development of architecture, functional decomposition, and interface definitions
