Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

This role ensures reliable and secure connectivity across operational environments, supporting routing, switching, and firewall systems. The Network Engineer administers Cisco Catalyst switches, Palo Alto firewalls, and network monitoring tools while collaborating with system administrators, cybersecurity, engineering, and configuration management teams to maintain system performance, availability, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, operate, and maintain secure on-premises network infrastructure.
  • Ensure reliable connectivity across computers, storage, and mission systems.
  • Configure and manage Cisco Catalyst switches (Layer 2/3, VLANs, trunking, STP, LACP, ACLs).

Position Summary

Global C2 Integration Technologies is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Test Manager who leads planning, coordination, and execution of formal system test events supporting the integration and fielding of Air Defense Command and Control (C2) mission systems. This role provides governance, oversight, and project management across verification, validation, and acceptance activities to ensure system performance, interoperability, and contractual readiness criteria are achieved.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning and execution of formal test events, including Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), Functional Qualification Testing (FQT), and System Acceptance Testing (SAT).

  • Provide oversight of test processes, configuration control, and documentation

  • Identify / mitigate integration risks impacting system performance and deployment readiness.
  • Ensure requirements-to-test traceability with no critical deficiencies at exit.
  • Coordinate test activities across engineering, operations, training, and program management.
  • Serve as primary interface with government test authorities and customer representatives.
  • Deliver executive-level briefings on test progress, risks, and fielding readiness.
  • Support business development through technical input for proposals and capes demos.

Requirements:

  • Ten (10) years operational C2 experience in Air Defense environments.
  • Five (5) years DoD test experience supporting system integration, verification, or ops testing.
  • Experience developing, executing, and documenting DoD test events.
  • Demonstrated experience in both:
    • Weapons employment / battle management operations
    • Surveillance and track management processes
  • Three (3) years leadership or team lead experience supporting sys integration/test program.
  • Experience/System familiarity with ADSI, ASCOT, or BC3.
  • Working knowledge of tactical data link architectures and operational employment concepts.

The Training Manager leads the planning, governance, and execution of mission systems and systems integration training programs supporting the development, integration, and fielding of Air Defense Command and Control (C2) capabilities.

This role provides oversight of Mission Systems Course Developers and SCE/Network Course Developers to ensure training products accurately reflect system builds, integration milestones, cybersecurity requirements, and deployment configurations. The Training Manager ensures instructional content supports operational realism, technical accuracy, and lifecycle sustainment objectives.

Responsibilities:

Global C2 Integration Technologies is seeking a Test Subject Matter Expert (SME) to serve as the operational and technical authority supporting integration, verification, and formal testing of Air Defense Command and Control (C2) systems.

This role bridges real-world operational experience with system-level test execution. The Test SME develops and executes realistic, mission-representative scenarios to validate system performance, interoperability, and readiness. Leveraging expertise in weapons employment, surveillance, and Tactical Data Links (TDL), the SME ensures C2 systems function effectively under operational conditions and are ready for fielding.
