Position Summary

Global C2 Integration Technologies is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Systems Engineer who provides technical leadership for the development, integration, and verification of system requirements and architecture supporting mission-critical computing systems in on-premises operational environments. This role applies disciplined systems engineering practices across the full lifecycle—from concept through deployment—to ensure alignment between mission needs, system design, and operational performance. This role also supports requirements management, system modeling, and change control to maintain alignment between technical execution and program delivery.  Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall leadership and oversight of systems engineering activities
  • Assign, coordinate, and oversee Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to ensure deliverables align with system requirements and design
  • Control IPT schedules in alignment with program milestones and support task planning, schedule tracking, and coordination with program management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field

  • Familiarity with requirements management and modeling tools
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and technical documentation skills

Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting government or defense mission systems
  • Familiarity with INCOSE or NIST-aligned systems engineering practices
  • Experience with tools such as DOORS, Jama, Cameo, Capella, or similar
  • Experience supporting system design reviews and verification activities

Senior Network Engineer

Security Manager

Position Overview

Global C2 Integration Technologies is seeking an experienced Security Manager to lead physical security, personnel security, and classified material control activities in support of an international Command, Control, Communications, and Intelligence (C3i) modernization program. This position supports both CONUS integration activities and OCONUS deployment operations and serves as the primary authority for ensuring compliance with U.S. Government and host-nation physical security requirements.

The Security Manager will ensure proper safeguarding of classified/unclassified equipment and export-controlled equipment or data throughout system integration, transportation, installation, and sustainment activities. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee physical security compliance for classified/unclassified environments
  • Ensure adherence to NISPOM security requirements, DD254 guidance, and applicable export control regulations.
  • Manage visitor requests, badging, and foreign visit authorization submissions.
  • Execute clearance actions in government clearance systems (i.e., DISS, NISS, SWFT, NBIS).
  • Implement/enforce escort procedures, visitor control processes, and facility access controls.

This position is responsible for ensuring all contractual documentation, technical data, reports, and formal deliverables are properly developed, tracked, version-controlled, marked, safeguarded, transmitted, and archived in accordance with U.S. Government requirements. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables and submission timelines
  • Maintain and update the Data Accession List (DAL) throughout the program lifecycle
  • Track document status through submission, Government review, comment resolution, resubmission, and approval
  • Implement and enforce document configuration control processes and version management
  • Ensure proper application of export control markings, distribution statements, and required document control notices
  • Oversee proper identification, marking, safeguarding, storage, and transmission of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) in accordance with DoD and federal guidance
  • Ensure CUI is transmitted through authorized systems and shared with  authorized personnel
  • Maintain audit-ready records of CUI handling procedures and access controls
  • Coordinate with engineering, test, logistics, and program management teams to ensure documentation reflects the current technical baseline

Position Summary

GC2IT is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to support lifecycle sustainment, shipping coordination, inventory tracking, warranty administration, and deployment logistics for an international Command, Control, Communications, and Intelligence (C3i) modernization program.

The Logistics Specialist will work under the direction of the Logistics Manager to execute day-to-day logistics activities supporting system integration, packaging, shipment, delivery, installation, and sustainment operations. This role ensures materials, equipment, spares, and documentation are properly tracked, packaged, delivered, and accounted for in accordance with contract requirements. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of the Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP).
  • Assist with lifecycle sustainment planning for hardware, software, and support equipment and create and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track the contract lifecycle status.
  • Track Line Replaceable Unit (LRU), consumables and recommend spares quantities.
  • Assist with warranty tracking, repair/replacement processes, and warranty documentation/claims.

Global C2 Integration Technologies is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead lifecycle logistics, sustainment planning, shipping coordination, warranty management, and long-term support activities for an international Command, Control, Communications, and Intelligence (C3i) modernization program.

This position is responsible for developing and executing the Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP) and ensuring the C3i System is supportable, maintainable, and operationally available throughout deployment and sustainment. Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain an Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP).

  • Lead lifecycle sustainment planning for hardware, software, and support equipment and create and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track the contract lifecycle status.
  • Develop sparing models and Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) analyses.
  • Manage Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) identification, spares recommendations, and maintenance concepts.
  • Oversee warranty tracking, repair/replacement processes, and warranty documentation/claims.
  • Coordinate both OCONUS/CONUS packaging, handling, storage, and transportation (PHS&T) activities in accordance with US military standards.
  • Lead Shipping Readiness Review preparation and transportation planning and ensure required shipment documentation, export compliance inputs, and the tracking transportation milestones.
  • Monitor obsolescence risks and implement mitigation planning.
  • Maintain license tracking and renewal visibility for system software and subscriptions.
  • Support deficiency reporting logistics inputs and sustainment-related corrective actions.
  • Provide sustainment status reporting, audits, inspections and logistic reports to program leadership and Government stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications

Position Summary

GC2IT is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Payable Clerk to support program financial management, budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement coordination for an international Command, Control, Communications, and Intelligence (C3i) modernization program.

The Financial Analyst will play a key role in maintaining financial visibility across the program lifecycle, ensuring accurate cost reporting, budget monitoring, and alignment between labor, materials, travel, and other direct costs. This position will work closely with Program Management, Contracts, Accounting, and the Purchasing team to ensure financial integrity, compliance, and proactive cost control.  This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage program budgets, funding allocations, and cost performance
  • Create accounts payable and Purchase order vouchers in the Deltek Costpoint system
  • Track labor, material, travel, and subcontractor expenditures against approved budgets
  • Maintain accurate project setup, cost tracking, and reporting within Deltek Costpoint
  • Support purchasing activities by validating funding availability prior to commitments
  • Coordinate with the Purchasing team to ensure proper charge codes, cost allocation, and financial controls are applied to procurements
  • Review and reconcile purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor invoices
  • Assist in preparation of financial status reports, forecasts, and burn rate analyses
  • Support development and maintenance of Estimates at Completion (EACs) and financial projections

  • Provide financial data in support of program reviews and internal leadership briefings
