Position Summary

GC2IT is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead contractor performance in support of the Defense Intelligence Agency’s IT Enabling of DoD CI & HUMINT Functional Management effort. The Program Manager will oversee contract execution, personnel accountability, schedule and deliverable performance, customer coordination, risk management, quality control, and transition activities.

The successful candidate will provide leadership across a multidisciplinary team supporting enterprise IT modernization, functional management, data analytics, AI/ML-enabled capabilities, performance monitoring, enterprise repositories, and mission coordination for the Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence communities. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contractor personnel, performance, processes, schedules, and outputs throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Ensure timely submission of contract deliverables and facilitate Government and stakeholder meetings.
  • Develop and maintain the Program Management Plan, including resource management, risk management, quality control, master schedule, problem resolution, reporting procedures, and management structure.
  • Prepare Monthly Status Reports addressing task progress, milestones, staffing, risk, financial performance, deliverables, issues, and security status.
  • Lead Monthly In-Progress Reviews and provide program, staffing, financial, and deliverable updates.
  • Coordinate ad hoc meetings, capability gap assessments, performance reviews, system evaluations, and strategic planning activities.
  • Prepare meeting notes and after-action documentation.
  • Lead transition-in and transition-out activities and support achievement of initial and full operating capability.
  • Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, analysis, evaluation, and recommendations to Government stakeholders.
  • Identify client needs and mission challenges and lead studies, surveys, and analyses to recommend solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in Program and Project Management.
  • 5–10 years of specific experience initiating, supervising, and/or developing requirements from project inception through completion for complex or complex programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide strategic advice and technical guidance to program and project personnel.
  • Experience conducting detailed analysis and providing recommendations for program improvement, optimization, development, and maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal Government oversight.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supervising multidisciplinary technical personnel.
  • Active Project Management Professional certification.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 8+ years of relevant subject-matter experience; or
  • Specialized training with 10+ years of relevant experience; or
  • Equivalent intelligence/academic experience.

Global C2 Integration Technologies, LLC (GC2IT) is seeking an experienced Contract Specialist to support a major international Department of Defense/Department of War program and GC2IT’s portfolio of government and commercial contracts. This position manages contract and subcontract administration, documentation, records, and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Department of Defense/Department of War contracting, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and requirements applicable to federal prime contractors and subcontractors. A paralegal, legal, or contract administration background is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer the Jordan C3i System Modernization contract and other GC2IT government and commercial contracts.
  • Draft, issue, and maintain subcontracts, consulting and nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements, purchase terms, task authorizations, modifications, and related documents.
  • Develop subcontract terms and conditions, including applicable FAR, DFARS, agency-specific, cybersecurity, export-control, and prime-contract flow downs.
  • Review solicitations, contracts, task orders, statements of work, and modifications to identify requirements, risks, obligations, deliverables, and required actions.
  • Track funding, periods of performance, options, changes, deliverables, correspondence, approvals, and contractual commitments.

Position Summary

Global C2 Integration Technologies is looking for a talented and enthusiastic SCE / Network Course Developer who designs and develops technical training products supporting the installation, integration, configuration, and sustainment of tactical Command and Control (C2) and communications systems. This role supports multi-tiered architectures including hypervisor-based virtualization, secure operating environments, network infrastructure, and distributed computing systems.

The position works closely with engineering, integration, and operations teams to ensure training aligns with system design, cybersecurity requirements, and real-world deployment configurations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain courseware supporting installation, configuration, operation, and sustainment of C2 and communications systems.
  • Create instructional materials covering virtualization platforms, secure operating environments, and network infrastructure.
  • Produce student guides, instructor materials, practical exercises, evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Design and implement hands-on labs involving routers, switches, firewalls, gateways, and related network components.
  • Develop training for virtualized environments, including system administration, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle sustainment.

  • System administration experience, including network configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity compliance requirements impacting system deployment and sustainment.
  • Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain).
  • Ability to travel, including extended deployments up to four (4) weeks and overseas travel (valid passport required).

Desired Qualifications:

  • Security+, Network+, or similar certifications.

  • Experience supporting RMF, STIG compliance, and cybersecurity accreditation.
